VILLAGE OF GREENWICH – STATE OF OHIO Administration Offices: 45 Main Street. Greenwich, Ohio 44837 (419) 752-2441 January 5, 2016 An organizational meeting was called to order at 7:00PM. Following members were present: Bovia, Lloyd, Shoemaker, Phillips, and King, and Wilson. King moved to nominate Mike Lloyd as Council President Pro Tempore, without other nominations King moved to close nominations. Vote as follows: Bovia Yes, Lloyd Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Phillips Yes, King Yes, and Wilson Yes. Vote cast on nomination: Vote as follows: Bovia Yes, Lloyd Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Smith Yes, Sallee Yes, Wilson Yes. Phillips move to establish regular council meetings to be held first and third Tuesday of each month, meetings will take place at 7:00 PM, Wilson second. Vote as follows: Bovia Yes, Lloyd Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Phillips Yes, King Yes, and Wilson Yes. Mayor will put Annual Report via village web page He is hoping for changes to village in the upcoming year, with growth of business and expansion. Bovia move to adjourn, seconded by Lloyd.
