(Norwalk Reflector and Shopper’s Helper) Lloyd move to accept the minutes of February 2, 2016, Phillips seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Shoemaker moved to pay bills in the amount of $38,383.89, Wilson seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Clerk: N/A Visitors: Matt Blair was on hand to ask permission to make improvements on Diamonds one and three. He also asks if adding booth during Fireman’s Festival for SC Football parents to do fries and lemonade would be ok. Mayor asks him to contact Health Dept. to make sure fryers can be used in wooden buildings. Discussion will take place at Park Meeting on 4/5/16. Brenda Moser Corkins was also at meeting to discuss Downtown Revitalization. She touched base on grants, donations and other ways to raise money to support the downtown area. Police Chief’s Report: Officers handled 2 serious incidents since last meeting, have been running traffic cam as often as officers allow, officers have been called for backup by Huron County, Semi-Truck parking on East Union St. Zoning Inspector: Residents calling for prices or permits pertaining to out buildings and fence.
