Police Chief’s Report: Officers are in Shelby for week long training. Officers are still using Opto Traffic cams. Zoning Inspector: Reported that semi-trailers are trying to get to Kniffin Street from East Union and are trying to turn around after seeing it is a dead end. Chief will take care of. Solicitor’s Report: Palmer will be working on resolution for the 460 unpaid Opto-traffic fines. Mayor’s Report: Questioned council to see if they have a problem for Fiscal Officer to add Ohio Check Book to her duties. This is a transparency of our financials that will be open for view. Wilson moved to have first reading of Resolution 2016-R-03 by title only, Lloyd second.
