VILLAGE OF GREENWICH – STATE OF OHIO Administration Offices: 45 Main Street. Greenwich, Ohio 44837 (419) 752-2441 February 2, 2015 Called to order at 7:00 PM. Moment of silence Pledge Council met in regular session with following members present: Phillips, King, Lloyd, Wilson, Shoemaker, Bovia, Chief Dorsey, Mayor Wes Sallee, Attorney Palmer, Clerk Betty Inmon, and Zoning Inspector Inmon. (Norwalk Reflector and Shopper’s Helper) Bovia move to accept the minutes of January 19, 2015, Lloyd seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Phillips moved to pay bills in the amount of $44,087.98, Lloyd seconded; Vote as follows: King Yes, Wilson Yes, Phillips Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Lloyd Yes, Bovia Yes Clerk: N/A Visitors: N/A Committee Mtgs. Fireboard 2/4 7:00 PM Ambulance 2/8 7:00 PM Utility 3/15 6:00 PM Records Committee 5/03 6:30 PM Administrator: Water main break, Flow meters are in, having to rent bucket truck until ours is fixed. Police Chief’s Report: Officers are in Shelby for week long training. Officers are still using Opto Traffic cams. Zoning Inspector: Reported that semi-trailers are trying to get to Kniffin Street from East Union and are trying to turn around after seeing it is a dead end. Chief will take care of. Solicitor’s Report: Palmer will be working on resolution for the 460 unpaid Opto-traffic fines. Mayor’s Report: Questioned council to see if they have a problem for Fiscal Officer to add Ohio Check Book to her duties. This is a transparency of our financials that will be open for view. Wilson moved to have first reading of Resolution 2016-R-03 by title only, Lloyd second.
