Council met in regular session with additional members present: Mayor Wes Sallee, Police Chief Steve
Dorsey, Council Clerk, Betty Inmon, Solicitor Palmer and Zoning Inspector, Cles Inmon
Visitors: Virgil Babcock was in attendance to have Ordinance 2017-07 explained to him.

Lloyd move to accept the minutes of the June 6, 2017 Council Meeting, Shoemaker second. Vote as

Wilson moved to accept the invoices in amount of $146,582.11, Shoemaker second; Vote as follows: King

Administrator’s Report: Absent
Police Chief’s Report: One permit has been sold for the new commercial truck parking; the new cruiser will
be ready for 4th of July parade; waiting on ruling for Opto Traffics to from court; Sending out violations for
zoning issues.
Zoning Inspector: Briefly discussed conditions of homes within village.
Solicitor’s Report: Solicitor was out of town a few days and wanted to thank Mayor, Chief and Administrator
for allowing him to enjoy his few days off.
Mayor’s Report: Touched base on Fireman’s Festival, Healing Wall in Bellevue June 22-25, and the farm
animals that is against ordinance.

TAXES THAT MAY BE RAISED WITHIN THE TEN-MILL LIMITATION WILL BE INUFFICIENT TO
PROVIDE FOR THE NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF GREENWITH AND THAT IT IS
NECESSARY TO LEVY A TAX IN EXCESS OF THAT LIMITATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUBLIC
