A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO PREPARE AND
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (SCIP) AND/OR LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (LTIP) FOR THE NEW STREET SOUTH
RESURFACING PROJECT AND TO EXECUTE NECESSARY CONTRACTS AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
