Police Chief’s Report: Department is having employment issues; a few more officers is needed to fill positions when needed. Mayor’s Report: All letters for opening for council Council Discussion: New Business: Wilson move to have first reading of Resolution 2017-R-17 by title only, Bovia second. A RESOLUTION POSTPONING THE ANNUAL APPROPRATION MEASURE AS PROVIDED BY OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION 5705.38 AND PROVIDING FOR TEMPORARY APPROPRIATIONS NECESSARY FOR MEETING ORDINARY EXPENSES OF THE VILLAGE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 UNTIL SUCH TIME AS AN AMENDED CERTIFICATE IS RECEIVED BASED ON ACTUAL BALANCES Wilson moved to adopt Ordinance 2017-10, Lloyd second.
