Council met in regular session with additional members present: Chief Dorsey, Zoning Inspector Cles
Inmon, Clerk Betty Inmon.
Absence:
Visitors: Roberta Ronk was on hand to discuss possibly doing a budget utility billing. This would help low
income and senior citizens. Council agreed to discuss this further.
Gail Bovia wanted to share “Hometown Christmas” flyers with council. Parade with be begin 11:00 am
Saturday Dec. 1st, and lighting of Christmas Tree will begin at 6:00 pm on Saturday Dec. 2nd. If anyone in
interested in joining the Greenwich Improvement Group, meeting on November 27th in council Chambers.
Clerks Report: N/A
Lloyd moved to accept the minutes of the November 7, 2017 Council Meeting, Shoemaker second. Vote as
follows: Phillips Yes, King Yes, Wilson Yes, Lloyd Yes and Shoemaker Yes Bovia Yes
Shoemaker moved to accept the invoices in amount of $212,998.40, Wilson second; Vote as follows:

Administrator’s Report: Did have report but ask council for questions they may have. No response.
Police Chief’s Report: Chief introduced Roland Flick as new part time Officer. Roland had worked here
previously and wanted to return.
Zoning Inspector: One zoning permit issued to William Humphrey of 5 Countryside Drive. Mr. and Mrs.
Humphrey will open a new business located at 29 Main Street beginning Friday December 24, 2017
Solicitor’s Report: House Bill 49 (Income Tax) has parts that the village will need to pass in order to keep
with this bill.
Mayor’s Report: Discuss the Hometown Christmas, reminded residents that recycle bin for cardboard
needs to have boxes broken down and not stuffed into bin as a whole, Council Seat will be open for anyone
within village who feels they will be good candidate and needs to apply with letter stating why they would
like to be council member, Mayor ask council to think of projects that can improve the village; He receives
letters from Ohio Senate for funding if project would be chosen.
