Visitors: Sandy Risner was on hand to question the PCA charge that shows up on utility bills. Administrator Giles explained the charge to her and that this was always a part of charge but has been broken down to show this cost. Police Chief’s Report: EOY report just about completed; when bridge on 224 is being repaired the traffic camera will be placed at other location; in need of two additional auxiliary or part time employees. Zoning Inspector: N/A Solicitor’s Report: Traffic camera is being subject to more reasons not to have. Mayor’s Report: Mayor impressed at the street crew that worked at least seven hours repairing a water leak outside his home New Year’s Eve.
