Administrator’s Report: Touched base on several on his bi-monthly report, including a reminder of
Cemetery cleanup from April 1 – 15, 2018. Please make sure all things you want to keep are removed.
Police Chief’s Report: Camera fines may be changing with the amount of speed over limit. (10 miles over
will be smaller fine than someone going 30 miles over limit)
Zoning Inspector; Zoning report give to council with address and issues. Three permits were issued since
last council, 2 zoning and 1 building.
Solicitor’s Report: Ask for executive session for Litigation.
Mayor’s Report: Easter egg hunt Saturday March 1, 2018 at Reservoir Park 1:00 Sharp. Ask that
employee Compensation be added to Executive Session.
Council Discussion: Discussion of possibly changing ordinance to allow alcohol in the Reservoir Park with
proper permits and Council Approval

AN RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT BY
AND BETWEEN THE VLLAGE OF GREENWICH AND COURTNEY & ADDOCIATES FOR THE PURPOSE
OF AN ELECTRIC RATE AND FUNCTIONALIED COST OF SERVICE STUDY AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.

R. Wilson move to recommend that the village administration award the Seminary Street
Improvement contract to Buckeye Excavation with the based bid of $415,209.00 as recommended by OHM
