Police Chief’s Report: Patrolman Rufner resigned on April 9th, Seeking several patrolmen who will graduate school with two from surrounding area. Zoning Inspector: Zoning inspector turned in several permits and ask for Zoning Committee meeting, which take place on May 1, 2018 at 5:00 PM Solicitor’s Report: Ask for Executive Session for Imminate Litigation. Mayor’s Report: The village has contract with Rumpke for trash pickup and residents who have not signed up must be responsible for their trash to be taken away and not let pile up for weeks or months. Lloyd move to adopt Declaration of Emergency of Resolution 2018-R-02, T. Wilson second.
