Administrator’s Report: Touched base on several projects he is working on; Working with ODOT for
replacement water line, Pre-construction meeting next week for Seminary Street, and CSBG is being
applied for pavement resurfacing of Pierce Street.
Police Chief’s Report: Patrolman Rufner resigned on April 9th, Seeking several patrolmen who will
graduate school with two from surrounding area.
Zoning Inspector: Zoning inspector turned in several permits and ask for Zoning Committee meeting,
which take place on May 1, 2018 at 5:00 PM
Solicitor’s Report: Ask for Executive Session for Imminate Litigation.
Mayor’s Report: The village has contract with Rumpke for trash pickup and residents who have not signed
up must be responsible for their trash to be taken away and not let pile up for weeks or months.
