Phillips from Sidewalk Commission talked about the previous commission
meeting: went over Ordinance 1022.02: Mayor to set up commissions for the
committee members. Meeting scheduled for 10/02/18 to continue.
Administrator’s Report: Seminary Street ready for paving; concrete poured into
pavilion; will contact county for patching Townsend with funds coming from Street
Fund.

R. Wilson move to authorize Village Administrator to extend an additional
$43,301.20 upon his authority given in resolution 2015-R-19, Lloyd second.

Police Chief’s Report: Introduced Monica Mendez as new part time officer;
ready for the upcoming festival.
Zoning Inspector: 3 permits for zoning, everything running smooth.
Solicitor’s Report: Doing updates on Resolutions for appointments for officers.
Mayor’s Report: Would like to see council members at festival to show support.
Thanked the Police, Utility and Fire Department in advance for all the hard work
needed for a successful festival.
