Kniffin Street, Administrator was able to approve or disapprove of bids taken for New Street Phase 2 Resurfacing. At his discretion, he will reopen the bidding process again in the spring of 2019. Council agreed to rebid. Chief’s Report: Chief has had numerous calls pertaining to groundhogs and ask to pick up and destroy. Police department can only do this if they are sick or hurt. Domestic problems are on rise, and dogs at large have kept the department busy. Zoning Inspector: Cles turned in money for two zoning permits.
