Council met in regular session with additional members present: Police Chief Steve Dorsey, Zoning Inspector
Cles Inmon, and Clerk, Betty Inmon, Gayle Bovia and several gentlemen from Swift Current.
Visitors: Gayle Bovia was on hand to let council know that the sale of pavers and benches was huge success
and Virgil was such a great help. She also mentioned a harvest festival on 10/13 10am – 1pm.
Also, we had Matt Birchby and several partners from Swift Current. Turbines in Greenwich Township will be in
Operation the summer of 2020.

Administrator’s Report: Townsend St. Completed, Smoke testing complete
Chief’s Report: 2003 Ford Crown Victoria ready to be sold, Lemmeyer and Sciortino will be attending training
for leads, disorderly conduct had been taking place.
Zoning Inspector: Reported that fence and 3 out building have been put within village without permits. Dorsey
also reported that trailer at 70 Townsend St. maybe torn down near future, looking for someone to help. Motor
home will be removed, have rented place to live.
Solicitor’s Report: will be ready for annexation meeting.
Mayor’s Report: has been trying to get answers from EMA concerning the billing for 911 cost.

A RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE 2003 FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE CRUISER IS NOT
NEEDED FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES, THE DOLLARS; AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE BY THE
CHIEF OF POLICE PURSUANT TO ORC SECTION 721.15) A); AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

WEIGHT RATING (GVWR) OVER 19,500 POUNDS/7257 KILOGRAMS.
