Clerks Report: N/A
Lloyd moved to accept council minutes of the September 4, 2018 meeting, T. Wilson seconded. Vote as

Shoemaker moved to accept the invoices in amount of $66,528.36 $47,028.04, T. Wilson seconded. Vote as
followed: R. Wilson Yes, T. Wilson Yes, Lloyd Yes, King Yes, Shoemaker Yes, Phillips Yes
Visitors: Margie Keysor, Teddy Wiggin, Vickie Sanders, and Dori Glasser who live on Elmwood Drive.
They were on hand to express the problems that could take place with alcohol being served at park.
Margie wanted to make sure that area would be protected by police department. Teddy questioned
how often a beer garden would be held at park. Several council members explained the process of
what it takes to be approved for this to take place.

Phillips touched base on street and tree committee meeting that took place prior to council. Village resident living
on 4 West Main ask Administrator to take down gum tree in tree lawn. Street committee met briefly to discuss
the amount of funds to handle projects.
Administrator’s Report: Engineer, David Bridenstein, spoke for Administrator updating council on present and
future projects. Hydrants to be flushed Thursday 10/25/18.
Chief’s Report: Chief Dorsey attended training today on Missing Children, crime has picked up.
Zoning Inspector: Zoning Inspector had one permit for fence and residents are still adding out buildings without
permit. The only way to prevent is to drive around village waiting for delivery of building.

Mayor’s Report: Mike Lloyd read the flyer from Mayor
Council Discussion: Discussion of Ordinance 2018-11 took place during the time for visitor to speak.
