He explained that he has contracted 2 employees from Bo Lacy to take down trailer for scrap. The junk lying around trailer will be picked up by January 31, 2019 and trailer should be down by no later than March 1, 2019. Chief was pertinent in having dates from Mr. Sanders so council has does not deal longer than necessary for removal of all. Committee Mtgs. The new business located at 25 Main St. have been issued Temporary Occupancy permit to add exit lights and do repairs. Chief Seidel will be inspecting to see if meets codes. Zoning Inspector: Inmon everything moving smooth at this time. Solicitor’s Report: Currently not involved in any litigation for ending 2018. Will be planning meeting for local tax revenue. Mayor’s Report: Organizational meeting at 6:45 with regular meeting starting at 7:00 PM, Jan 2, 2019. Council Discussion: N/A Unfinished Business: R.
