Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 6:00pm Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Schecklman, Ashbeck, Jordan, and Nelson all present. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar and Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth. New Business: 1. Schecklman motioned to approve the picnic license for the Museum for July 26, 2022. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 2. Schecklman motioned to approve the picnic license for Summerfest for September 10, 2022. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Schecklman motioned to approve Spamtitan spam filtering for 3 months. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried. 4. Schecklman motioned to approve a 3-year contract with TDS for 100m DIA fiber for City Hall, 50m DSL for the Treatment Plant and 5m DSL for the garage. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Ashbeck motioned to approve the 2006 Ford F150 bid for $1000 to Terrence Brantner. Truck must be removed within 14 days. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Ashbeck motioned to award the Linda Blvd materials bids to Froeba Construction for ¾” Blue Dense road base for $9.25/ ton and 3-4” Blue Breaker run for $9.45/ ton. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 7. Ashbeck motioned to place parcel 231.0526.000 up for sale for $5,000. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 8. Schecklman motioned to put parcel 231.0605.016 up for sale advertising it as 5 lots and accepting open offers to purchase. Buyer must build a home on the lot. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 9. Ashbeck motioned to adjourn. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. Kayla Schar Clerk/ Treasurer
