Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 6:00pm Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Nelson, Hinker, Bolf and Ashbeck all present. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar. New Business: 1. Discussion regarding the exterior electrical box at City Hall. Next Generation Electrical LLC is able to install the electrical for $875. Permission from adjacent property owner was given for the installation. Nelson motioned to approve the electrical installation. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 2. Ashbeck motioned to approve the reappointment of Deanna Jordan and Jerold Block for the Library Board term 2024-2026. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Nelson motioned to approve the operators’ licenses for River Country Coop for employees Ebidon, Unertl, and Kuester. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 4. Hinker motioned to approve final pay request for Haas, Miller Street project A in the amount of $294,777.24. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Nelson motioned to approve final pay request for Haas, Miller Street project B in the amount of $21,780.37. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Bolf motioned to approve final contract amounts change order for Miller Street project. Hinker seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 7. Nelson motioned to adjourn.
