Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 6:00pm 201 S Main St- Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Nelson, Hinker, Bolf and Ashbeck all present. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar, Utility Director Trent Johnson, Public Works Director Eddie Herrick, and Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth. New Business: 1. Nelson motioned to approve the Health Insurance Contract for 2025 with Spectrum Insurance Group. Hinker seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 2. Hinker motioned to approve the Bowmar Appraisal Contract for 2025-2027. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Ashbeck motioned to approve the wage increases as presented by the Personnel Committee. Bolf seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 4. Hinker motioned to approve a 1-year contract with Jeff Ossman for snow removal at $120/ hour. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Nelson motioned to approve the Treasurer’s Report as presented. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Bolf motioned to approve the bills and vouchers as presented. Hinker seconded the motion. Roll call vote, all ayes. Motion carried. 7. Nelson motioned to approve the minutes as written. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 8.
