Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chair, R. Koester at 7:16 p.m.
Minutes: January 14, 2026, minutes were distributed and reviewed.
Motion by Goerke, seconded by Casinelli, to approve January 14, 2026, minutes as presented.
Motion carried by the following vote:

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s report for January 2026 was reviewed.
Motion by Hage, seconded by G. McCullough, to approve the treasurer’s reports as presented.

Motion by Goerke, seconded by Casinelli to approve the 2026 Beautification Advisory Commission budget of
$3,200 as submitted

Motion by McCarthy, seconded by Champagne to recommend the immediate certification of the previous motion
of the 2026 budget.

Chairperson Report: R. Koester shared that there are two openings on the Commission with communication
considerations.
Awards Program: Casinelli shared an update on the Awards Program.
Flower Sale: Discussed planning for the 2026 year
Motion by Dinicu, seconded by G. McCullough, to recommend the City Council to approve a budget not to exceed
$35,000 for the total expense of the 2026 Flower Sales to be held in May.

Adopt-A-Garden: Champagne provided an overview of the Adopt-A-Garden.

Motion by Rogers, seconded by Dinicu to adjourn the Beautification Advisory Commission meeting
at 7:47 p.m.
