City of Groveland Planning & Zoning Board Meeting Minutes Thursday, January 5, 2023 The City of Groveland Planning and Zoning Board held a meeting on Thursday, January 5, 2Q23. Board Member Robert Proper called the meeting to order at 3:10 p. m. The following Board Members were present: Zach Decker, Dominic Cicio, Donald Tillman and Felicia Stewart. City Officials present were City Attorney Anita Geraci- Carver; Timothy Maslow, Community & Economic Development Department Director; Andrew Landis, Planning and Zoning Division Manager; DeWayne Jones, Planner ll; and Ciara Bender, Recording Secretary. Absent: lnterim Chair Keith Keogh and Board Member Bill Mathias. CONSENT AGENDA Approval of minutes from the December 1, 2022, Planning and Zoning Meeting Motion: Board Member Tillman motioned to recommend approval of the December 1, 2Q22, minutes, Seconded by Board Member Cicio.
