CITY OF GROVETON AGENDA The regular meeting of the City Council of Groveton, Texas will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at City Hall, located at 115 West Front Street, Groveton, Texas. Discussion and Approval of Polk and Trinity County Basic Emergency Management Plan to keep the City of Groveton Eligible for disaster funding. d. Discussion and Action on a Grant to JDK Development LLC-GEDC. e. Discussion and Action on an Agreement Amendment to the Engineering Environmental Service for the TWDB Water Well Project from KSA Engineering Co. f. Jack Paschetag-Report from the Accountant. IX.
