Ryan Municipal Building Fire and Police Commission Village of Hales Corners Meeting Notice November 15, 2025 (Saturday) - 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the Fire and Police Commission of the Village of Hales Corners will meet at the above date and time at the Village Hall (Board Room), 5635 South New Berlin Road, Hales Corners. Notice is given that a majority of the Village Board may attend this meeting to gather information about an agenda item over which they have decision making responsibility. This would constitute a meeting of the Village Board per State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board even though the Village Board will not take formal action at this meeting. 1.0 Call to Order and Roll Call 2.0 General Business 2.1 Police Chief Oral Interview panel – Interviews with Police Chief candidate(s). Please take notice that pursuant to §19.85 (1) (c) and (f) Wisconsin Statutes, the Commission will adjourn into closed session for the purpose of interviewing, evaluating and considering promotion of Police Chief candidates. 2.1.1 The Commission will interview two candidates for Police Chief position. 3.0 Adjourn closed session to reconvene open session. 4.0 Adjournment.
