New Berlin Road) Notice is hereby given that the Public Works Commission will meet at the above date, time, and place. Notice is given that a majority of the Village Board may attend this meeting to gather information about an agenda item over which they have decision-making responsibility. This would constitute a meeting of the Board per State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board even though the Board will not take formal action at this meeting. Houte, DPW Project Manager Public:  None 2.0 GENERAL BUSINESS o Approval of Minutes – July 17, 2025  Fritz motioned to approve the minutes and Postotnik seconded it. No discussion and passed 4-0. o Public Comment -  None 3.0 ADMINISTRATION REPORT 3.1 DPW Task Updates  Road Shouldering  Filling potholes/road patching  Repair Concrete base for light pole replacement  Mowing Village areas and roadside  ROW tree pruning  Emergency tree clearing  Whitnall Way lift Station power issues  St. Mary Festival No Parking signage setup and take down  Village Welcome Sing replacement work  Contracted sewer cleaning has begun 3.2 DPW Manager Updates 3.2.1 Village Hall Exterior Maintenance  Contractor estimates. 3.2.2 Library tree removal  Trees removed adjacent to building. This is associated with the exterior improvements. 3.2.3 Miscellaneous  Outline provided at the meeting by Houte. Outline was verbally reported on. Minor discussion and answers for clarification. No action items for commission. Enclosed is a copy of the outline. 4.0 PROJECTS: 4.1 2024 Road Program – Update  Working on project close out items. 4.2 Village Library Project – Update  Scheduled to begin next week 4.3 Village Fire Station Parking Lot Project – Update  Preconstruction meeting was held and Work anticipated to begin in August. 4.4 MMSD Private Property Infiltration & Inflow Project – Update  Dye Water testing project has been completed and awaiting report of findings. 4.5 Hales Happiness Water Main – Update  Ongoing, reviewing construction issues with site safety, cleanliness, and roadway surface maintenance. 4.6 Lory Lane Lift Station – Update  Ongoing, new pumps installed, and station is operational. 4.7 Storm Sewer Easement Swale Enclosure – Update  Forest Park and Garden Ct. area the installation has been completed.  5.0 NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING – September 18, 2025 @ 6:00pm 6.0 ADJOURNMENT  Postotnik motioned to adjourn the meeting, Reimer seconded the motion, and the motion passed 4-0 at 6:38 PM.
