Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-08 Dog & Cat Ordinance replacing the current two Dog Ordinances. 2. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-09 Noise Ordinance. 3. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-10 Parks Ordinance. 4. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-11 Truck Traffic Ordinance. 5. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2015-12 forming a Planning Commission.  6. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2015-17 for a Resolution of Support for the Reserve at Hallsville and Independent Senior Living Community. VIII.
