Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2016-01 Concealed Open Carry for Government Meetings.  2. Consider and act upon approving changing setback requirements for Pike Blakeley on Varsity Park Subdivision. 3. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2016-01 Noise Ordinance. 4. Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2016-02 forming a Planning Commission. 5. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2016-02 nominating Planning Commission members and alternatives. 6. Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2016-03 for a Resolution of Support for the Reserve at Hallsville and Independent Senior Living Community. VIII.
