Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Discuss the Sabine River Authority Grant that was issued to the City of Hallsville for water projects. 2. Report to City Council that the Planning Commission had their first meeting. VIII.
