Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. Consent Agenda – (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Discuss and update the Council regarding the Railroad Crossing. 3. Discuss the May 7th City General Election. 4. Discuss the two quotes regarding replacing City Hall’s roof. VIII. Items to be Considered  1. Consider and approve Resolution 2016-07 supporting Priority Project for Cal Young Road. 2. Consider and approving an Emergency Notification Phone App. IX.
