Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Swearing in One Alternate – Kimberly Smith, City Secretary V. Public Comments – (Limited to three minutes per person). VI. Discussion Items 1. Discuss with Ken Coignet, Public Management Inc, Mayor Steve Eitelman, and Water Superintendent Rickey Dugger regarding the Future Land Use Map. VII. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and approve Meeting Minutes of March 8, 2016. VIII.
