Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Public Comments – (Limited to three minutes per person). V. Discussion Items VI. Items to be Considered 1. Future Land Use Map a) Public Hearing b) Approve and recommend to City Council the Future Land Use Map for final approval. 2. Consider and approve Meeting Minutes of April 12, 2016. 3. Consider and approve to recommend to City Council Phase I of Collins Point Development. VII.
