Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. New Police Officer – Officer Ryan Waldow sworn in by Chief Paul Montoya V. Recognition – Officer Adam Vanover promotion to Sargent by Chief Paul Montoya VI. Consent Agenda – (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Discuss and update on the Parks Advisory Board Meeting. 3. Discuss and update the Water Meters. IX. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving the new Cities Phone Application. X.
