Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Discussion Items 1. Discuss the development of Zoning Map and Text. V. Items to be Considered 1. Variance Request for 309 North Oak Street. a) Public Hearing b) Approve and recommend to City Council the Variance Request for final approval. VI.
