Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and approve adopting Resolution 2016-10 changing from Planning Commission to Planning & Zoning Commission. 2. Consider and approve the Agreement Memo of Understanding with HISD. 3. Consider and approve adopting Resolution 2016-11 adopting the Board of Adjustment. 4. Consider and approve the bids for Three Street Repairs inside the City Limits. 5. Consider and approve Amended Ordinance 2016-05 to add fees for Planning & Zoning Commission and Building Permits. V.
