Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Public Comments V. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving the meeting minutes of June 14, 2016, and special meeting minutes of July 5, 2016. 2. Consider and act upon approving and recommending to City Council a Site Plan application for Bush’s Chicken. 3. Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance & Map. a) Public Hearing b) Approve and recommend to City Council the Comprehensive Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance for final approval. VI.
