Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Mayor Steve Eitelman III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Mayor Steve Eitelman IV. Consent Agenda – (All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. Street Repairs Report V. Public Comments – (Limited to three minutes per person). VI. Discussion Items 1. Discuss the possibility of a Cell Phone Ordinance for the City of Hallsville. 2. Discuss adopting an Agenda Procedures Policy. VII. Items to be Considered 1. Variance Request for 309 North Oak Street. a) Public Hearing b) Approve the Variance Request for 309 North Oak Street.  2. Consider and approve Resolution 2016-12 moving the City’s General Election from May to November. 3. Consider and approve Resolution 2016-13 to adopt a Bank Depository Agreement. 4. Consider and approve to borrow money to fix the Three Streets in the City limits. VIII.
