Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Gov’t Code § 551.071 – Legal Advice - Consultation with City Attorney regarding personnel matter 2. Tex. Gov’t Code § 551.074 – Personnel Matter – Mayor Compensation Level VIII. Adjourn Executive Session - Adjourn the Executive Session, stating the date and time the Executive Session ended and Reconvene the Special Meeting IX. Convene Special Meeting - (In accordance with Texas Government Code, Subchapter D) 1. Consider and act upon setting Mayor Compensation Level. X.
