Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Public Comments V. Items to be Considered 1. Consider and act upon approving the meeting minutes of August 9, 2016. 2. Consider and act upon approving and recommending to City Council a Zoning change Lot 3 of the Town of Hallsville Plat on South Central. VI.
