Main Street, Hallsville, Texas, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. I. Call to Order II. Invocation – The invocation will be given by Chairman Pike Blakeley III. Pledge of Allegiance – The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Chairman Pike Blakeley IV. Items to be Considered 1. Rezone Lot 3 of the Town of Hallsville. a) Public Hearing b) Consider and act upon approving and recommending to City Council a Zoning change Lot 3 of the Town of Hallsville Plat on South Central. V.
