Unfinished Business - Reading of Minutes of Preceding Meeting(s) The preceding minutes from May 24, 2018 were approved IV. New Business – The Board elected new officers for the 2019 year V. Adjournment – The business meeting was adjourned at 8:10 am VI. The training continued with a webinar presented by Terry Born of the Department of Taxation. The training session concluded at 12:00 pm.
