Unfinished Business - Reading of Minutes of Preceding Meeting(s) The preceding minutes from May 2019 were approved IV. New Business – The Board elected new officers for the 2020 year V. Adjournment – The business meeting was adjourned at 8:45 am VI. Training Session Present: Julianne Cyr, Michelle Handy, Asa Jenrette Jr, George C. Moore, Gary James, Libby Griebel, Patricia Melochick, Aimee Hower Absent: David Richards The training session began at 8:45 am with a webinar presented by Terry Born, Department of Taxation. Presentations by Patricia Melochick, Sr. Deputy City Attorney and Gary James, City Assessor followed. The training session concluded at 1:30 pm.
