A. SX14-00003: Thirkiel Bailey, 3316 Driftwood Drive, LRSN 3002988, a special
exception to allow a Day Care 2 for up to 9 children in an existing single-
family dwelling.
B. VA14-00014: Marshall Romsey, 922 Thornbriar Court, LRSN 3005126, a variance
to reduce a required side yard setback from 7.5’ to 3’ to allow a new
approximately 22’ x 36’ carport in the side yard of an existing single-family
dwelling.
C. VA14-00015: Gregory Brezinski, 826 North 1st Street, LRSN 12007581, a
variance to reduce the required front yard setback from 30’ to 20’ to allow a
new single-family dwelling on a vacant lot.
D. VA14-00016: Jose O. Rexach, 9 South Lake Circle, LRSN 5000819, a variance
to reduce the required rear yard setback from 28.33’ to 17’ to allow a new 12’
x 12’ one-story sunroom addition at the rear of an existing single-family
dwelling.
E. VA14-00017: Fyllon Properties, LLC, 200 West Mercury Boulevard, LRSN
8005833, a variance to reduce the required flood zone freeboard from 3’ to
1’ to allow reconstruction of a destroyed laundry facility with a 1’ freeboard.
F. VA14-00018: Walter Johnson, 203 Beach Road, LRSN 13003518, a variance to
increase the maximum front setback from the average of the block to 31’
