B. VA14-00019: Club Forest Buckroe LLC, 608 East Mercury Boulevard, LRSN 12001704, a variance to increase the total number of allowable freestanding business identification signs from 1 to 2 to allow a second freestanding sign at an existing shopping center. C. VA14-00020: Joe & Alice Johnson, 72 Tide Mill Lane, LRSN 7001062, a variance to reduce the required front yard setback from 30’ to 25.5’ to allow an existing porch to be enclosed as living space at an existing single-family dwelling.
