VA16-00007: Leah Schneider, 103 Cherry Ave., LRSN 1004451, a variance to reduce the required exterior side yard setback from 15’ to 6.81’ to allow an addition on the side of an existing single-family home. C. VA16-00008: Coliseum Crossing Associates, LLC, 2101 Coliseum Dr., LRSN 7001360, a variance to increase the overall height of permitted monument- style freestanding signs from 12’ to 15.5’ to allow two new monument-style freestanding signs to replace two existing monument-style freestanding signs at an existing shopping center. D. VA16-00009: Rebkee Partners Newmarket, LLC, 5280 W. Mercury Blvd., LRSN 13004157, a variance to increase the number of building facades which may hold wall signage from 2 to 3 to allow wall signage on a third facade of an existing convenience store.
