B. VA16-00025: Elizabeth Morgan, 110 Silver Isles Blvd., LRSN 11003856, a variance to reduce the required lot width in the R-13 district from 80’ to 79.32’ to allow future subdivision into two lots on an existing vacant residential lot. C. VA16-00026: Hampton Medical, LLC, 2205 Executive Dr., LRSN 13004373, a variance to increase the maximum allowable parking for a medical office at this location from 78 to 84 spaces in conjunction with expansion of an adjacent existing medical office building.
