VA16-00028: Peninsula Parking Lot VA, LLC, 3981 Kilgore Ave., LRSN 13002295, a variance to increase the maximum number of building facades which may hold wall signage from 2 to 3 to allow a third facade of signage at an existing retail shop. C. VA16-00029: Peninsula Main VA, LLC, 2035 Von Schilling Dr., LRSN 13004288, a variance to increase the maximum number of building facades which may hold wall signage from 2 to 3 to allow a third facade of signage at a proposed restaurant.
