B. VA18-00005: Frederick Anderson, 4 East Pinto Court, LRSN 5001262, a variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 32.4’ to 27.9’ to permit an addition to a single family dwelling. This variance request has been withdrawn C. VA18-00006: City of Hampton Public Works, 1030 Leon Lane, LRSN 13000459, a variance to reduce the side yard setback on a corner lot from 15’ to 8’ and to reduce the rear yard setback from 35’ to 17’ to permit a new city sewer pump station. D. VA18-00007: Scotty Signs, 2053 Executive Drive, LRSN 13004685, a variance to increase the distance an interstate sign can be located from the intersection of the centerline of an interstate highway right-of-way and the centerline of an arterial street right-of-way from 1,000’ to 1,400’ to permit a new interstate sign. E. VA18-00008: Jerome & Dorothy Wright, 1507 Smithman Circle, LRSN 12005146, a variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 31.5’ to 23’ to permit an addition to a single family dwelling. V.
