Regarding VA18-00012, Planning and Zoning Administration Division Manager Michael Hayes

requirement of “first finished floor elevation 3’ above grade” and be ADA (American’s with
Disabilities Act) compliant across the site. Staff is recommending approval of this variance with
conditions. The conditions are intended to insure that each building will have one point where
the first finished floor elevation will be at 3’ above grade. Planning and Zoning Manager
Michael Hayes provided the Board Members with an email from the applicant requesting two
(2) amendments to these conditions; a copy is attached to these minutes. Staff is
recommending approval with the amendments to the conditions.

There being no further items to discuss, the work session adjourned at 4:47 p.m.
