VA22-00014: Oslyn Hoyte, 702 Big Bethel Rd, LRSN 3001055: Request for a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 27.7 feet to 18.0 feet in order to build an addition to a single-family residence. c. VA22-00017: Howard & Constance King, 24 Woodsman Rd, LRSN 4002871: Request for a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 35 feet to 23.7 feet in order enclose an existing deck to create a sunroom on a single-family residence. d. VA22-00018: Everett F. Browning, 119 Horsley Dr, LRSN 4004932: Request for a variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 31.3 feet to 24.5 feet in order to build a roof over an existing deck in the rear yard of a single-family residence. e. VA22-00019: Anchor Sign, Inc, 2096 Nickerson Blvd, LRSN 11003251: Request for a variance to increase the permitted wall sign area from139.5 square feet to 247 square feet in order to install a new wall sign.
