Mr. Shapiro ~ Introduced Ms. Bonnie Brown and Mr. Terry O'Neill. Mr. Godfrey - Asked i f the End-of-Year Presentation could be made while waiting tor Mr. Bourne. Shapiro - Presented the End-of-Year Report, which consisted o f the number of permits, permit values and number of inspections for all trades; building, mechanical, etectricai and plumbing. The presentation also gave an overview of key construction projects underway or completed from July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013. Ms. Pctteway, Secretary to the Board - Requested to call the roll and it was completed. Mr. Shapiro - Opened the floor to request nominations for the office o f Chairman. Godfrey - Made a motion to nominate Mr. Dorsey. Crawley - 2"** the motion The vote was called and it was unanimous. Mr. Shapiro Turned the meeting over to Mr. Dorsey. Mr. Dorsey * Opened the floor for nominations for the position of Vice Chair. Mr. Godfrey - Made a motion to nominate Mr. Nisley Mr. Crawley - 2"'' the motion The vole was called. There were 4 votes for Mr. Nisley and one abstention.
