Chair Boester commented on the public news that the Virginia Beach Arena deal is dead. He shared his

Arena renovation would have on the Coliseum.
Chair Boester also informed the committee that the nominations for the upcoming vacancies had been
forwarded to Joy Mautz of the Clerk of Council’s office. Ms. Melochick confirmed that nominations will go before
council in their work session on December 13, 2017. She will verify the item is on the agenda.
