I. Approval of Agenda The agenda was distributed and unanimously approved. II. Review of Previous Minutes The minutes will be distributed electronically for review and approval. III. Consideration of Open Issues 1. Chair Remarks – Barbara Franklin  Neighborhood Commission and City Council joint meeting – ABCD 2. Meet and Greet –  Date and Time – November 14, 2016 5pm to 6:30pm  Location – District One - George P. Phenix School, small cafeteria  Set Up – Finger foods, drinks, signage inside and out, grant applications, RNSO applications, HNPD  Acknowledge – new RNSO’s, District One – 2 Proclamations  Outreach Effort – David Duxberry – 2 RNSO Proclamations  Stephanie – reach out to Farmington Association – RNSO Experience  Barbara – visit Phenix, Rental Application, David Duxberry update 3. Hampton Registered Neighborhood-Serving Organizations – Reviewed and Approved  Langley Baptist Church  WestBriar Village – Neighborhood Watch  New Covenant Church IV.
